All for one and one for a fall…

When the Son-sters¬†first started playing sports as young boys we loved spending our Saturdays traveling from field to field to watch their various games. There were¬†no visions of grandeur or Division 1 scholarships (although that would have been nice). We were extremely grateful that all bones remained intact and skin required zero stitches. Cheering them on whether win or lose was all that mattered. Truth be told winning always made for a more pleasant ride home from the field. The participation trophies received by every team member still hold dust as well as the day they “earned” the “award”.

I saw this yesterday and enjoyed it so much I had to share… A winning Pee Wee Football Team celebrated their win by running through a group of cheerleaders to burst through the team banner. It didn’t quite end the way they envisioned….but talk about perseverance. Watch a couple of the cheerleaders support the grand finale…

There is no I in TEAM or huddle…

…however there is one I in pile up.

Everyone was happy and safe in the end.

Happy Wednesday!
