…Hello 2016
I really don’t make New Year’s resolutions; however secretly I have a list in my head that I do not verbalize for fear of committment or lack of commitment.
Peggy Anne is coming down from Delaware to spend the night…she is really beginning to like this whole empty nest thing. All of her boys have New Year’s Eve plans so she will be joining us. We are home tonight. We will ring in the New Year with Lobster Pie (we made it Christmas Eve thanks to Hubster’s sister in Maine who shipped us “lobstah”)…This is the recipe. Tonight’s “lobstah” is courtesy of Hubster’s buddy on the Eastern Shore.
Christmas Eve Lobster Pie

We forgot to take the photo before we started to dig in. Son-ster #1 declared this, “Absolutely the best!”
If you are reading this then I can safely assume you have read my little blog sometime in 2015 and I thank you for taking your time to check in with me. I wish you health, happiness, and peace in the New Year.
The lobstah pie looks delish! Hope you have a wonderful 2016!
Your pie looks scrumptious and I’m getting ready to click over to the recipe. I made a seafood pie a few weeks ago and made it in individual ramekins . My plan was to take photos to use in a blog post, but alas . . . totally forgot!
Sigh.
Anyway, enjoy your time with those you love, and Happy 2016 to you!
lobster pie?? man, oh man…..what I would give for some fresh lobster!!!
Happy Happy New Year to you, my friend!!!
